A Few Interesting Movie Links (part A)

Most of us enjoy a good horror movie, whether it be cheesey, realistic, or just damn odd. Below i offer links you may not know about that offer different information on the movies you like.

First, i offer Hellraiser links:

Created the banner there myself, 'twas entered into The Hellbound Web banner contest, i did not win. This site offers info on both the Hellraiser movie series as well as the books and comic books. There's also contests you can enter and Hellraiser pictures you can see (or even use if you enter some of the contests).

Hellraiser: Online
This site offers collectibles and other merchandise for the Hellraiser and Clive Barker fan.

Clive Barker's Site
The man behind the madness. His site shows you the inner workings of a brutal mind. He displays his art and various other things. Definitely worth a look.

The Crow movie links:

James O'Barr's Site
The artist and the Creator of the Crow.

Crow Fans
Definitely the ultimate Crow fansite. If they have the funds, they offer Croween, a yearly (sometimes) Halloween contest for those who wish to dress up as a favourite Crow character or for those who wish to make up a new Crow character. Amazingly, i won the 2008 contest (i about crapped my pants and rolled over backwards with delight) and i encourage any and all crowfans to enter if there's one for 2009. The site is really fantastic with info on Brandon Lee, the movies, upcoming birthdays for all the Crow movies' stars, and Crow images.

A Boy and His Bird
A site offering excellent information as well as the opportunity to submit your poems, fan fictions, graphics and art. Their site still has some areas under construction but most of the links and pages are up and running good.

The Crow's Loft
This site is quite similar to Crow Fans and is a part of that site. Still worth a peeksy though.

The House of Usher:

The House of Usher
The House of Usher brought Edgar Allan Poe's "The Fall of the House of Usher" into the 60's. It was a great movie, starring Vincent Price. It moved a bit slow at times but was well worth the watching.

The Devil's Rejects:
The Devil's Rejects on Wikipedia
Information on the sequel to Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses. I'd throw in a video clip but YouTube has disabled the embedding feature on all the Devil's Rejects Captain Spaulding videos. i will however, include the link to the YouTube video.

YouTube video of one of Captain Spaulding's greatest moments
The video. Captain Spaulding is one of the funniest characters in Horror history. Sid Haig did a great job playing the part.
